Yes. Apply to as many jobs as you like, free. You only pay when a company contacts you.
Only when a company contacts you. The only way a company can message you is by inviting you to interview, so the moment they message you, that is your interview invite and $2.99 is taken from your wallet. If no company ever contacts you, you are never charged.
Yes. Any contact from a company counts as an interview, because that's when the conversation starts. Companies are asked to confirm they're genuinely interested before they invite you, and they see that you pay for it.
Your first name and initial, country, skills, rate, your work samples (screenshots and results) and your "About you" text with any contact details hidden. Add work samples to your profile to show what you can do.
Your whole profile opens up to that company: your full name, email, phone, website, LinkedIn, portfolio links and your "About you" text as written. Their company name and contact details open up to you. From then on it's between you: carry on in Olancers messages or by email, phone or video.

No. Once a job has its first application it's locked, so you always know exactly what you applied for.
Never. Whatever you agree with your client is what you get paid.
It opens the job board and covers 10 interview invites. It also keeps applications genuine, which companies value.
Your automatic top-up runs, using the card and amount you chose. If it fails, your account pauses until you top up.
